Q: How long should I expect my order to be shipped out?
A: We ship Mon - Fri (except National Holidays). Fedex Express (Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight) orders normally get shipped out the same business day if the order is placed before 2 pm EST Mon-Fri. All other orders are shipped out the in next 1 - 2 business days. For each particular product, please go to each product page, check "Avalibility" to find out the estimate shipping date. If there is any delay for your order to be shipped, we'll email you to let you know. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday. If you placed the order on Friday (after 12pm), Saturday and Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday.

Q: Where does your store ship the packages from?
A: We ship all the packages from DE, USA.

Q: Can I track my package?
A: We email you the tracking number for every order we shipped out, so you can track orders online. Sometimes, the email might go to your junk mail/spam mail folder. If you did not receive tracking number from us after two business days, please be sure check all your emails include junk mail/spam mail folders. Deailed tracking info is only available for U.S customers.
For buyers outside of U.S.A, the tracking status will only show the package was received by u.s post office. It will not provide any other info after that, because the package will then leave u.s, enter the foreign post office system. In those cases,U.S post office cannot track any those packages anymore.

Q: What kind payment method do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards, Paypal and Money Order (order will be shipped after we receive the Money Order).

Q: Does DealsiShop.com charge any sales tax?
DealsiShop.com does not charge our customer any sales tax.

Q: How long should I expected a reply for my email?
A: We normally reply emails within 1 - 2 business days (Mon - Fri) exclude National Holidays.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive the package. Please contact us first before you send us return orders. RMA number is required for us to issue you the return credit. If item is defective on arrival, we'll issue you the full refund, otherwise, 15% restocking fee will be charged and no shipping and handling fee will be refunded. If item was damaged when we receive back, we cannot issue the refund. For return orders, buyers will be responsible for shipping cost for sending it back to us. Please be sure to keep return package tracking number for your record.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? Will I get charged for any customs duties?
A: We ship to United States, Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Our wholesale lots will only ship to confirmed U.S address. We reserve the rights to cancel the international orders which contain wholesale. Please note that touch screens and LCD's are only shipped to addresses in North America.
Some countries (outside of U.S.A) will impose tariffs on items shipped from abroad. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. Before make the purchase, please call your local customs office to find out details about these charges.

Q: Will doing repairs on my cellphone void my warranty?


A: Please check with you cellphone carrier before performing any repairs. Repairs on cellphones usually do void the warranty and www.dealsishop.com will not be held accountable for any repairs performed on any phone.
